My Mood: Points: 8,282.24 Bank: 10,899.89 Total Points: 19,182.13 | I'm doing really well this week on Core. Of course, it's easier when you're working...not sure what the weekend will be. As of now, I've only gone 6.5 points into my WP. I'm hoping to have a nice, big weight loss, especially since I really haven't been following plan at all the three weeks prior to this. I guess I'll know for sure on Tuesday.

Jilconmom - I hope you get a big reward for all your work with core this week! I need to sit down one of these days and figure out the differences between core and flex, since I think I eat primarily core anyways.
Yahisha - Welcome back!
Sassy - I have a sneaky feeling you're going to be earning extra activity points this weekend . Have a great birthday too!
LoLo - Welcome to our group! You actually gained while doing WW in the past? That shouldn't happen this time.
Me - Well, the scale died, or at least it's battery did. I guess all of my manic weighing of myself ran it down! LOL It's actually been dead for a week now, but a part of me is liking not weighing myself.... Wouldn't it be cool if I was down a few pounds when I change the battery??

Well WI was last night, and it was a good week... 3.2 pounds!!! My total loss is now 45.4 pounds!!! I can't believe that I have done this!!!
All my life all I have managed to do is gain and now I am finally taking control, instead of letting the food control me. Before weight watchers I would plan my days off around my food, now I actually get out and do stuff (even if it is just go to the gym). I fell SOOOOOO much better for it.
Thank you to all the ladies here who have listened and been so encouraging.
Off to Jamaica on Tuesday - not gonna stress about staying on plan, but will definately make sure to pay attention to my hunger signals....
Have a great 2 weeks!!!!

My Mood: Points: 3,389.24 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 3,389.24 | April was a good month for me! I'm back in May hoping to continue the diet. I started Metformin on Monday and it really seems to be helping the weight fall off! Of course I'm also REALLY watching my diet and I've felt so much better and had so much more energy that I'm also working out more! Lost 8 this week! Ican't remember the last time I have felt so good!

My Mood: Points: 14,877.90 Bank: 32,630.99 Total Points: 47,508.89 | I hurt my knee way back in January and I didn't go to a doctor sooner for various reasons. I ended up having to have a cadaver ACL put in. That part of the surgery went really well. Unfortunately, he couldn't fix my Meniscus and I will probably have to have another surgery to fix that. I have been losing some weigt, it is just at a lot slower pace than what I had been losing before! I don't know how much weight I will lose this week, since I haven't really moved off the couch all week, but I am hoping I don't gain too much!

Points: 3,531.56 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 3,531.56 | Hi, I am thinking I would like to join this thread for support. I no longer pay to go to WW meetings but I do still count points. I managed to keep off the weight I had lost during WW in 2006 and I have lost some since then.
My current weight fluctuates between 222-224 and I would like to be around 200 pounds by the end of the summer. I have about 12 weeks and if I lose 2 pounds per week it is possible. If I do not manage to make the numbers on the scale move as much as I would like, I would be content if I just lost another dress size (it frequently happens to me where I seem to not lose much weight but then drop a dress size). I am currently in a size 18 so I would be happy to be in a 16 by the end of the summer.

I have my third weigh in tomorrow. Nervous cause I used a lot more of my flex points than I planned on for the week. And didn't have as much time for exercise.
Does anyone know is there a LIMIT on the number of activity points you can earn in one day. I have a cushy desk job most of the time. But yesterday we had a wedding here and I was on my feet and moving for about 9-10 hours. So I figure that is good for a lot of activity points!
