its weigh in tommorow... I am so scared! There is no way with everything I have eaten I could possibly have lost anything at all, even sticking to my points allowance (except one night eek). Ahhhh if I lose anything it will be a miracle because i haven't even been hungry

Mermaid Girl ~ Is this your first week of Weight Watchers? I am just curios because losing 5 pounds in a week is a lot. People usually lose more their first week and then average around 2 pounds a week afterwards. At least that is what happened with me. Don't be discouraged if you lose less. It is actually recommended that you lose 2 pounds a week. It is healthier and you are more likely to keep it off that way. Congratulations on your loss!

Shiv ~ Do you go to meetings or weigh in on your own? If you go to meetings, most people weigh in at their meetings. If you weigh in on your own, then your weigh in day can be whatever day you want. I weigh in on Sunday because that is what day I started WW.

As for me, I lost two pounds since my last weigh in. Of course, that was two weeks ago. I didn't weigh in last week because of my surgery. However, I am really impressed with my 2 pound loss since I haven't done anything in the last two weeks. Before I weighed in, I was thinking that I would be happy if I didn't gain more than a pound or two.

Wishing everybody a good, healthy week!

I did good today even though we went out to lunch for MOther's Day. We took my friend whose husband is in the Air Force and away for a while. I had grill chicken and didn't eat the fries or the bun. I didn't want them. I did drink all my water today.

Another great thing is my daughter and hubby bought me a new bike for MD and an I-pod..My family rocks!!!

Thanks for the support. I know quitting smoking was one of the best things I ever did. DH had to quit after a week in ICU 2 years ago and we are really happy to be smoke free.

How is everyone doing this morning?

My mother is doing weight watchers too so she made us a couple of yummy recipes from the WW recipe magazine for lunch yesterday. Delicious and low points. A good Combo!

DH ordered me a Wii Fit for Mothers day. Can't wait for it to get here. Only a few hours till weigh in, dread. I did not do well this week.

Anna, Lisa & Mary Jo—Welcome

Mermaid_Girl—Great job this week! 5 lbs is a lot of weight for one week- I’m impressed.

Theflyingturtle—How short are you? I’m 4’11” so I’m in the shorty category too. I put my goal weight as high as I could to keep my BMI in the normal range which is 124. I haven’t been that weight in ages, but, for me, I was comfortable there. The smallest I’ve ever been was 110 and I was too thin by my standards. Good luck finding your personal goal weight!

Sarah—Congrats on your 2 lb loss! That’s great for after a surgery

Samantha—Congrats on your loss this week! Core seems to be working well for you!

Deedlebug—Congrats on your loss too! See, even though you didn’t think you did very well, you managed to shed another pound. YAHOO!

Well, I had WI today and I’m down a whole 0.2 lbs – lol. A loss is a loss and I’m not sweating it. I tend to lose really slowly and, as long as the scale is moving in a downward direction, I’m happy. I’d really REALLY like to lose 5 lbs before going on my cruise (I leave May 30th for Alaska), but that would mean losing 2.5 lbs a week for the next two weeks. Considering I’ve never managed to lose that much in one week consistently, I don’t think I’m going to make it. I’m only 1.2 lbs away from my 10% goal though!!!!!

BTW—For those who were concerned, I did get a B-12 suppliment and have been taking it religiously. I managed to only have meat 3 times last week- Go me! I love my veggie days.

Howdy Everyone! Congrats to all the Losers!!

I had a good week.... I lost 4.2 lbs for a total of 13 in 2 weeks. I am so happy and feel so good. I started a new diabetic med and it has really helped me. The Avandia made me gain unneeded weight but the Byetta has really helped me take it off.

Tomorrow I get my treadmill and I can't weight!! I did walk outside tonight with the dog but it started sprinkling and we are getting snow tonight. I am so tired of the weather!! It is supposed to be nice this weekend so I get to ride my bike!! Yippee.

Welcome Mrs. Wheeler... I am new too.

Welcome to the new folks!

I'm doing flex this week, but trying to eat mostly Core meals. I'm going back to Core next week, but it's been nice to have some flexibility.
