I was supposed to weigh in this morning, but I didn't. I ate horribly all week. I am actually scared to weigh in. I have probably gained 5 pounds this week. I was at my mom's house for my younger brother's graduation this weekend. We had a huge breakfast this morning, before I came home, so I wasn't weighing in after that. I might weigh in tomorrow morning or I might just wait until next week. I haven't decided yet. My grandpa did notice that I had lost weight. He told me I could tell and now my face is pretty. Apparently it was ugly before. I am just glad the weekend is over and I am back at my own house.

Mermaid girl ~ Good luck this week. Just get back on track and you will be fine. I know for me, the longer I go off track the harder it is to get back on.

Thanks, SarahSue. Even though your grandfather gave you a sort of backhanded compliment ("your face is pretty now"), you can take comfort in the fact that at least you have made progress! And now that you're away from your family (let's face it, family can stress one out big time!), you can go back to focusing on YOU. You and I and anyone else who needs to get back track will do so this week, and we'll come out at the end with bangin' bods! I can't wait!

W/I today for me. I'm a little nervous. I was good all week, but then had a ton of WPs left last night and ate everything in the house. I'm paying for it today, though. My stomach is killing me! I just hope I didn't sabotage myself for the week.
