Hey Cysters.
I wanted to ask if anyone had ever tried using anything like estroven or any menopause medication over the counter to help with the hormonal balance????? I just happen to be in the store today near that stuff and it just kinda hit me and I wondered if that might help a little bit with the balancing of hormones??? Just a question

i dont know about that but if your are looking for something to balance your hormones i have been taking high strength evening primrose and it helps

I was thinking the same thing the other week... I saw the HRT pills that you can buy over the counter and was wondering if they would help people like us...

Would love to know the answer too if someone knows...
