Yeah I am not too bad, past 10 days where good, then my mood changed again and I got depressed again… I am still off work but my sick note expires this week and I really want to go back next week as I am climbing the walls bored at home – but as I said before I don’t think I am capable of going on the phone.

I met with OHU at work a week ago, very nice woman understanding and told me she thought is was best to stay off work till I had my referral for the Psychiatrist – I am still waiting for that appointment!

I do see my CPN tomorrow which will be good as give me a chance to talk to her and see what she thinks about me going back to work if she happy for me then I’ll contact HR and my manager see if I can meet with them this week about coming back to some admin work of something…

I’ll keep you posted how I go!

I finally got my appointment for the Psychiatrist .... I decided to chase it up today over the phone and it's going to be April 16th...

Emailed my boss and HR at work to ask if I can return back next week in a different role - waiting a response!
