The only way I can see mine is to go to user cp and click on edit profile. I then just scroll down to the bottom and click save changes. Then it takes you to a page that has you subscribed threads, scroll down and you will see your reputation.

I honestly don't know what the problem is, since it doesn't seem to be affecting everyone. Did you try Chandra's suggestion?
