 Me life story
I was diagnosed with PCOS in 1998 and diabetes a few years later. We tried the fertility route and spent way too much money with no success. We finally came to terms that we would not be having our own children and adopted two lovely children from the ministry who are now 9 and 8. In 2005, I decided I had enough of my weight and started eating healthier and working out. I went from a size 22 to 14...then I got sick...I thought I had the flu cuz I was sick off and on, thinking it was anything else just never crossed my mind until one day at Walmart I bought the pregnancy test and sure enough it was positive. Our miracle baby was born in November 2006. Despite having PCOS and diabetes he was only 7lbs14oz and a few weeks early but healthy. I was so glad to have a boy so I could not pass along the PCOS at least. I still have issues with my weight , I am at the same weight when I lost before but my body has completely chaned since giving birth. I am recently just starting to get back on track with the eating healthier and planning to go to the gym at least three times a week..cross your fingers...I am planning to go see the doctor in January for the hair on my neck and the acne....I would love to gain back some self esteem....Well thanks for reading my story and remember....
