Default Meal Ideas.....

I work for a doctor's office and sometimes we have some pretty late nights (for example, we got out at 11:30 on 1/23). It's hard to plan meals and stick to a "plan for meals" on nights like that. DH works all day and sometimes gets home at 6:30 and likes to wait for me to get home before he eats. I feel bad, and most of the time I don't feel like eating that late. I usually try to get oatmeal for breakfast and something a little healthy for lunch. I am on Metformin and I take Phentermine (which I HAVE to eat when on that). I drink lots of water and I really want to get all this excess weight off me. Any suggestions? I have the Gazelle but I don't always have the 30 minutes a day to exercise......I am frustrated, dh and I want a baby so bad, and I will do/try anything..........

As far as meal ideas go. I would get a crockpot if you don't already have one. You could put everything in it in the morning or before you leave for work and have it on low all day when DH gets home he can just turn it off and take out his portion and heat up a veggie with it or put meats and veggies in it all together so he has a meal already waiting and done all he has to do is turn it off and get a plate out. Then once you get home you can heat yours up.

George Foreman Grill is another great thing to have. Hamburgers,Turkeyburgers,Chicken Breast,Lean Pork Chops on grilled on the GFG and add a veggie. Quick and easy.
