 Medical Card
I'm 14 years old so i have a medical card well right now im on Metphormin but it hasnt been helping me. So my docter is wanting to put me on the shot im not sure what it's called but it is around 700 dollars per shot and my card is not wanting to pay for the shots and i have to have one done one month every month for 6 months and we are struggeling right now trying to get my medical card to pay for it. . |
