 Medications?
I have my 1st endo appt. next week. The only med I currently take is Yasmin. When I first went to my current gyn, I specifically asked for that b/c I heard it was the best for women w/ PCOS. I want to go into the endo appt. knowing as much as possible about my options there. I haven’t had any test done besides an ultrasound and laparoscopy. The only major symptom is the cysts and the pain they are always causing. I have slight hair loss sometimes, and every so often I have unwanted hair in odd places. If I’m not on bcp’s, my cycles are very irregular. My weight fluctuates, and right now I’m alright with it. As far as different hormone levels and stuff, I’m not sure b/c no blood tests for over 4 years. Is there anything I should ask about specifically? Or should I just wait for the appt. and see what tests he runs?
