You mean besides meds that just help ovulation?
My doc put me on Dexamethasone (a steroid) for high androgens this cycle. I don't have many PCOS symptoms except for 2 things: it's hard for me to lose weight (I'm about 20 lbs overweight), and I get acne. The Dex has already cleared up almost all of my acne, it's amazing! And it's supposed to help with ovulation when taken with Clomid. Like I said, this is my first cycle on both, so we'll see what happens!

Oh, I will say this though - the absolute BEST thing I ever did for PCOS was exercise. Simply by exercising and eating well, I managed to get my hormones balanced and my blood sugar within normal levels.

TTC on our own after lap. Will not do any fertility meds beyond Clomid.
