Just wondering, as it's more expensive to order from here in Canada, and I don't have a lot of money. Anyone have this guide? Does it discuss psychological aspects such as depression? Just wanting opinions before I buy.

-High testosterone, cortisol, aldosterone, androstenedione, free androgen index, no apparent insulin resistance however
-Metformin and Seasonale keep hormones under control
-Main symptoms: weight gain, high androgens, no periods unless on OC
-fortunate to have very good bp, blood sugar, cholesterol, etc., no hirsutism.
