I find it to be wonderful when I'm feeling a little down, it makes me feel refreshed and like life isn't all that bad. I now understand why it's a big part of many religions. It's amazing.
I also recently got a book called "Awakening the Third Eye". It's actually pretty cool. =]

So, any one else here like to meditate?

I meditate daily as part of my Buddhist practice, it makes me feel wonderful and calm and definitely helps me relax when I'm feeling overwhelmed with my PCOS, or really anything that is troubling me for that matter.
