Anybody else on this diet? I've been trying it for awhile. The only website I've found that sells food that's good for it is Holy Food Imports (online)
I'd really like some other sites... thank you if anyone can help |

What types of foods specifically are you looking for? Most towns have a mediterranean store somewhere. Usually they are greek or arabic stores, but they sell all the specialty mediterranean foods that you might not be able to find at the regular grocery store.

I've just spent over two weeks in Turkey eating Mediterranean type foods the whole time and I lost a few pounds  I'm continuing to try and eat the same way now that I am back.

Oh congrats on losing a few pounds! I def. think the Mediterranean diet is the way to go. I really love the food, and it's not hard to follow. I feel good about it. | |

Just out of curiosity (please excuse my lack of knowledge on this diet), what foods are on this program that are not in regular grocery stores?

You may just have to put your bread machine to work on that healthy bread.
