Default Medroxyprogesterone

I was diagnosed with PCOS about 2 years ago. My doctor gave me a prescription for medroxyprogesterone, but I've gotten my period every 4-8 weeks since the diagnosis, so I haven't taken it. But now, it's been 9 weeks since my last period, so I began a cycle of the medroxyprogesterone. I have taken 1 dose every day for 9 days; my last dose will be tomorrow. Does anyone know how soon I can expect to get my period? I've heard anywhere from the day I take my last dose to 12 days later. Thanks!

For me... I usually start while on it, but this past cycle it took 3 days for AF to show up. It can take anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks. If you don't get it after 2 weeks of your last pill make sure to see a doc.

I was told 1 to 10 days by my doc.I took it before we started TTC. I took about 6-7 rounds of it and always got AF 3 days after the last pill, however the very last time I took it, AF came 10 days later. I agree with the above post that you shouldn't worry unless it's been 14 days after the last pill. Then time to call the doc.
