hello my name is lily. im new to this site i don't know if my post is in the right section but ill give it a try... i believe my painful journey started at age 14 but i was diagnosed June of last year and i am now 22 ... my question is my doctor started me on yaz birth control but im more of a believer that herds can work just the same if not better. i have been researching the herd vitex and i wanted to begin using it. is this a smart move? i cant really talk to my doctor because his fee is out of my price range right now and times have been rough for me. my boyfriend and i want kids and i know that it will be a long while before that happens for us. is it true that vitex help your body make the hormone instead of just giving it to you. any thoughts will be well appreciated...thank you
there are some that have had great results using vitex, but when it comes to supplements, what works great for some may not work for everyone. in fact, there are several threads about vitex in the Alternative Remedies section.
