Default MEGA pimples

I have been having a horrible bout with acne. It gets sooo bad when I get AF. AF does not come at any certain time I could be spotting for two weeks the AF comes like a flood. Meanwhile my face and body is COVERED in HUGE acne. I am not talking about regular pimple; these are MEGA pimples. It is SO embarrassing!
I am thinking about low carbing, I have read some good articles on this site about how it will stabilize hormones.
But only time will tell.

reducing your intake of carbs and sugars can help, as can drinking lots of water. Have you thought about taking a birth control pill? There are several different treatment options out there but sense yours seems to be hormonal I'd lean towards BC and then talk about spiro. Keep us posted and good luck!
