Thank so much! I think I finally got it. With the "7" Method! I found this like (might have already been posted here, but it was so helpful to me) http://community.livejournal.com/men...ps/453392.html
I have it in right now, and Ill check it around 10pm (3 hours from now).
Here is another question? When they say that the stem shouldnt be "all the way" in your vagina. Can you feel it when you wipe from peeing if it is in right? I am just freakin out that I have it in too high! I dont think Ill have any prob's getting it out. But just curious.
I warned you all that I would have a ton of questions.
BTW, hubby wants to go on Boat on Saturday, I am praying so hard that this thing works!
So far though as far as comfort wise, I LOVE IT! I cant even feel it!! So that is already a plus, that is the exact reason, why I didnt like Tampons.
Thanks in advance ladies.

One other thing I sometimes do is push a finger against the vaginal wall adjacent to the buckled part that won't seem to pop out. Allowing it room to fully expand usually does it.
I don't think there is a problem with it getting up too high and getting stuck in there so much as if it rides too high it will not create a good seal due to the cervix and bending of the vagina, etc. Make sense? You can always bear down to lower it if you need to grab onto the end or the stem to pull it out and it feels too high like it got sucked in. Sometimes, I feel like my kegels pull it up higher, mostly not.

Ok ladies, well here is how my first night went: WONDERFULLY, I woke up with out that normal typical gush! WOO HOO.
This morning, I had some issues with it, I dont think I had it sealed all the way. I leaked a little. Thank god that I had a pad on (just in case). I should have known that something wasnt right when I kept getting "air bubbles".
So here is my advise to those who are just getting yours: If you get airbubbles in your cooch, you need to readjust it.

I've had that feeling too. I'm glad you sorted yours out. I can honestly say I loved my divacup. I used it for the first time last period. And It's so convenient that that's the only thing I have to carry around because I don't know when my period will show up again.

OK here is my dilemma with this thing so far. My cycle is way to heavy. Ladies it is now 11:15 am my time and I have changed this thing 4 times because it was full and leaking. WHY cant I just be normal and find something that works for me? Ugh, I am going home today, I am starting to feel so nauseuos. I am sure that this will be great for me on a lighter day, but today it is the diva cup and pads and I am still changing my pads like every two hours. So lets see thats 2 oz already (not including the pads) just on Day 1 @ 11:15am. Disgusting!
Ok Ill talk to you all later on.

My Mood: Points: 10,605.93 Bank: 459,777.69 Total Points: 470,383.62 | Hey Girls,
Ok, I LOVE my cup!!
The first day was bad for me, but only because she was SO heavy (guess Ill just have to wear pads on the first two days). I still get the little bit of leaking sometimes, but nothing that a pantyliner wont help. Anyone else have this problem? Any hints on how to fix it so I DONT LEAK at all!
Other then that, I love it! I love that when I get up in the morning or get up from setting for a while I dont have that "Gush" anymore! WOO HOO!
How far down should it be? I think that might be my problem, maybe it was too high up? Should the little tail be hanging out? Each time, I put it in it like gets "sucked" up in me. I can feel the little tip a little tiny bit, but not much!
Ohh and for those of you just getting this and worry about it getting stuck up in you. IT CANT Happen! That was one of my biggest fears, but I didnt have any problems getting it once I pushed down a little bit (like a bowel movement)
Ok ladies, any input would be helpful.

Ok ladies, any input would be helpful. | well IMO i guess as soon as its sucked up and doesnt move doesnt matter how high it is. the tail i think is supposed to help in case it goes too high and you cant reach it..
on sunday it was the first time i had to remove the cup beacuse it was too painfull.. but i insert it after a quite..ehm..intense afternoon with my bf..
i tried a couple of hrs later and it was perfect as always!
af is so not a problem anymore!
i love my cup

Fortunately/unfortunately I've used my cup for the past few days for spotting. So today I figured I'd be really bleeding and counted it as CD1 but well... I wouldn't exactly call it full flow. *TMI* All day has probably added up to MAYBE 2 mL (or approx .07oz). Is that spotting?

"that's gross... you get all bloddy changing it, blah, blah, blah..." well, i have a tilted uterus, and its seems that either i bleed too heavey for tampons (talking changing every 5 mins or so), or too light for tampons... and pads, erg... they smell bad, are expensive... and i told her, well, I'd like to try it. They make dosposable ones, from what she told me. so, as soon as i can, i will be getting a divacup (or something similar) and seing if my pain slows down.
