My husband says i'm terribly bi-polar. My brother, mother, and sister are all bi-polar and have been diagnosed. Me, I have not. It drives him nuts sometimes, but you learn how to control your mood swings. Me, now, I still have ups and downs, and I know it, you just have to work at it. If you can type on here and ask for help and be social there is no way you have aspergers... my SIL has it and she is very anti-social.
I know school can be frustrating. I missed 2 months of my senoir year because of just not wanting to deal with it and anxiety of school projects and stuff. You'll be done in no time.
I've had 2 therapists. The firsts one had a baby and took maternity leave so I had to find a new one. I miss her as my therapist. The new one that I got wasn't invested in listening to me. She wanted to jump to her own conclusions and not let me venture in deeper to find out what was truely wrong. You just have to keep searching for the right therapist. And when you do... everything just clicks. I drove over an hour to get to my first one and it was worth every minute. Never give up hope.
Us cysters are here to help!
