 met/actos/advandia
i tried met in april and got really sick...landed in the er with low blood sugar and the whole 9 yards.. i went off of it and no weight loss even on the IR diet etc.
I am going to a diabetic clinic next friday (whooo hooo) AND i am not sure that i want to go back on met.
my RE at the time (who i no longer go to) told me actos/advandia can cause birth defects.......
has anyone heard of this?/ i may try met again while being supervised but i am unsure.. i mean i was puking 4-6 times a day on met.
