The only change I've noticed is that my acne has cleared up a bit. I'm thinking about adding Actos to my regimen. Did any of you NOT resume regular menstruation with metformin alone, but did have regulation with the addition of Actos? I'm feeling like I may never conceive as I've been trying for 10 years and the fact that the met isn't working is taking it's toll on my emotions. Any success stories or other therapies that worked for you would be greatly appreciated |

Now I have heard of people switching to Actos after Metformin hasn't worked for them. But never together. |

Such a creative name, lol! |

Points: 1,988.94 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 1,988.94 | I was on 1500mg of Glucophage and I think she added the advantia to possibly trigger an ovulation since she said that my hormone levels were doing better, but weren't "there" yet and I was really, really sick on the Glucophage and lost 20 pounds in 9 months because of being sick and then not wanting to eat.
Since it worked, my endo now has me going to just take Actos since there are less side effects with it and I may tolerate it better than Metformin/Glucophage.
Snow.... what information are you referring to???
