I started met (1000mg) on CD23 and got AF on CD36, where pre-met I was on the 70+ day cycle plan. Do you cycle on your own at all now? If so, how long are your cycles (CD1 to CD1)?

Default I waited

I opted to take metformin for 3 months and see if AF came, skipping BCP. I wanted to make sure that the metformin was making AF show up, not the BCP and I didn't want to take more meds than I needed. At the end of 84 days (no lie) I got AF and as long as I stay on metformin, I'm on a 28-day cycle.

Hope that helps!
