I can handle the diarrhea but this nausea is getting old. If it was morning sickness, that'd be one thing but this isn't. I took Met a few months ago and I don't remember it being this bad.

What are the herbal alternatives to met and do they work?

I can't take met either so I'm taking cinnamon capsules instead. I've already lost a few pounds and I've only been taking them for a few days.
