Default Met and Asian food

Hey all!

I started taking Met about 1 year ago (maybe less). It was a rought start, but I have finally leveled out and had been fine for the past month or two. Anyways, I am visiting family in Shanghai, China for the summer so I have been the local food, drinking different water, etc. I have had the worst side effects since I got here, just like when I first started. The big D, nausea, etc. Is this met related or something else? Anyone else have issues when changing food or water or something?

Thanks!!!

Is it possible that the met is reacting with the sugar and the fat in the food? I know asian food in the US is oily, sweet, and salty but I always assumed true asian foods were not nearly as unhealthy
