Met and BC

I was on 2000 mg of Met and then they put me on BC and my skin went crazy. I am wondering if the two together is not a good idea. They gave me some differin and antibiotic cream and that didn't help either. I am now doing 2.5% benz peroxcide and that seems to be helping. I don't want to keep taking the met if it is going to ruin my skin. Many of you say your breakouts got worse with it. Should I just stay on BC and not Met? Have any of you tried that? I had just stopped the bad side effects of the met too.

Just looking for imput.

It could be the birth control. My skin went crazy when I first started taking them. Take into account also if your AF might've been close?
If you really want to figure out which is causing it I would consult your doctor and only take one of the two for a while and write down any side effects you get.
