Does anyone know if Met helps lower BP?

Dx'd - 1-2002
ttc since 5-99
1 DS 12 yrs old!!!!
1 Angel Baby 2-02 (blighted ovum)

meds- to ttc 1000mg Metformin, prenatals
4 failed Clomid cycles,
conceived on Metformin & Clomid 100mg cd 3-4 (i cheated!!!)

After 5 years TTC....
Alexa Olivia born 1/28/03 7lbs 9.5 oz !! 19.5 inches!

Don't know for sure if it does....all I can tell you is that before starting met, my BP was 160/90, and after 3 months on it, I was down to 120/72. I don't know if the met helped get my symptoms more under control, but that was my experience....
