Question Met in conjuction with Vitex... bad/good idea?

Been on 1500mg Met for a few months now.... cycles SEEM to be regulating but only time will tell. This month I started supplementing with Vitex. Now that brings me to my Q: is it ok to take both daily?? Or will the Met and Vitex counteract eachother?? We ARE TTC

I think that Met is okay with Vitex, it's Clomid and Vitex that don't mix. (From what I have read)

I would give the met a chance to normalize things before adding anything else. I took Vitex for months and it didn't help at all - but the met has helped right away.
