Hi--
Does anyone know if Met effects one's basal body temperature? I have been taking my temp every morning for about a year to see where I am in my cycle . Since I started Met two weeks ago my temp has been up. I dont know if it is just a coincidence that temp went up or if Met effects it. Thanks.

I was wondering this too, actually, lol. My temps seemed to go up by like .1 degrees F. I know it wasn't Ov, and it started a few days after I started taking Met.

Curious to see what other people experienced
