Default This is a Met ER and AF question.

OK,from the beginning,I have been trying Met since around June or July and had a few problems adjusting. So I tried Actos and could not afford it.....so I switched to Met ER.Well, in September I had failed round of clomid so the dr says induce w/ prometrium for 4 months.Give yourself a real good cycle going. Well AF shows up like clock work for October and November but is LATE for December! Only by 3 days so,I don't know what to think......I don't feel preg. I have NOT took a hpt. Me and DH have NOT been TTC on a regular basis so I really don't think I am preg. Can Met be changing things?

Thumbs up

Can Met be changing things? Absolutely! When I doubled my dosage of Met after 2 failed Clomid cycles, I ovulated the first month. We bd'd "just in case"; I did not go by the calendar I just went by when I thought I would ovulate *if* I did. I wasn't really believing I would. 5 days after AF was MIA I POAS and it was positive!

Much luck! You just never know.

I would test for pregnancy when you can just be on the sure side, but everything from sleep to stress to diet and exercise changes can affect the timing. Mine weren't regular on the met until I got eating to control my insulin.

Good luck and fingers crossed.

God Bless You! What a beautiful angel! I would love to have a BFP but at the same time I am very passive about it too, KWIM? I don't want to wait to long but DH is not in a hurry for a BFP so until he gets ready READY,We can just be happy go lucky about it I guess! Anyway,What I am thinking is that AF is gonna come next week or in a few days and the HPT will be vain.....but if AF is still MIA at the end of next week,I'll take the test.I will also call my dr to be on the safe side....Guess What! I up my dose to 1500mgs next week!!! And I have started doing exercises and cardio every afternoon!
