I started taking green tea extract a couple of weeks ago and have had no problems with interactions with the Met. It seems to help decrease my appetite and my body temps have risen a bit, so it may be helping to increase my metabolism. I've lost about 10 pounds in the past two weeks, but a lot of that was water weight from holiday binges, so I'm not sure yet if it really is helping with weight loss or not. I'm continuing the experiment.
