Hello, I just started on met and I wanted to know if any of you know about interactions with herbs and met??
I have been taking a supplement and I realised that it had magnolia bark in it, I have googled and searched and found nothing and I thought I would come here for help.

I have not heard of any interactions with herbs and met, but I suggest a quick call to your local pharmacy. They should know.
