Met killing food cravings dead I've been on met for about 5 days...gradually building up, now on 250g in the am and 500 in the evening. Unlike the last time I tried to get on it (and failed) I am tolerating it OK this time around.
Think it was bc/ last time I was doing low-ish carb and masses of exercise. I just couldn't cope with the met at all.
This time around I am not exercising so intensely, but truth be told, am probably eating as few carbs. And i feel OK-ish on it - tolerably nauseous.
But I am weirdly disconnected from any food cravings. Not at all interested in carbs. No longer craving chocolate. OK without bread. Even just sat in front of a bowl of rice this afternoon and left it alone - no big deal.
Anyone else just lose their carb and sugar cravings overnight? I should feel great about this, but even though I don't physically crave them I sort of miss them. Maybe the sugar high? Just feel flat and a bit blah and all-the-same...
