I'm not sure if this belongs in this forum or the weight loss one...but hopefully someone will know the answer...
I have recently jumped back on the low carb diet bandwagon and am on 1500mg of Met a day. On previous tries at this diet, when i was not on Met, I would get constipation. My question is this...since I am on the Met, will that help battle the constipation?? It has been almost a week and I haven't had a problem yet...but I was wondering if anyone had an insight into this. And also....can you go too low on your carbs when you are taking Met? Just want to be careful...thats all!
