Question was this met or my diet change?

I have been taking 2000mg per day of met for 8 weeks now and af came within a 'normal' cycle for the first time ever!!! Was this met helping it or was it because i have cut down my sugar and bad carbs? Or a bit of both! I hope it happens again! And also, if anyone knows the answer to this - if i had a 'regular' period did that mean that i ovulated?

Thanks so much for your help!

Don't know about the "O" question . . . . but I would gues that the AF was a "bit of both."

Congrats!! That is some to celebrate!!

I cried when I got mine after a 6 month absence.

I would say "both." I got my period on met, but I don't have to take met when I'm low carbing. Either way works for me.
