fats I have found fats to be my savior in this thing as well as weigt loss on the low carb/met regime. peanuts sunflower seeds slimjims all kinds of things i wouldnt have touched with a ten foot pole in my lowfat days (I mean i was gaining weight trying to diet) I have to stop and think now when did i eat?? i literally can go 10-12 hours if i'm busy and then its headacheville i keep a snack handy and try to remember to eat my fats to keep the lipolysis thing going as well as keep my stomach in the right direction and blood sugars stable. I feel so good now!!
