My periods ranged from 29 to 60+ days my first 18 months on met, until I got my diet straighhtened out. When I started following the IR diet it was like a new drug and my hormones finally took a drop. When we eat and don't control insulin it can counter act the drug.
I would say your body is probably responding to the lower dosage you're on now. So if you aren't already, I suggest moderating your carbs and exercising regularly..it helps our bodies use insulin better and we use the meds better as a result.
Good luck!
