Met and Questions K, almost 3 weeks I think since I've started it, and on 1500mg a day.. I take 1000 in the morning with a meal, and the other 500 at supper.. Is this an ok thing to do? My lunch break at the school where I work is so early I feel it pointless to really wait cuz I eat before I leave at 830 and my break is just before 11. I noticed the gas and stuff letting up, I've had some spotting but nothing has really come yet.. Feel kind of tired, had some energy at the beginning and loss of cravings, but this past weekend it feels like its gone back to me being lazy, more tired than normal, putting on the couple pounds i seemed to have lost from not eating.. It's frustrating.. The odd sensation of gas has seemed to pass... I read another post about sugar... I can't seem to get away from sugar in anything and don't notice cramping and diahreha anymore.. Thought that was just the beginning.. Sugars in juices, fruits, etc... Doesn't help I know to have a coke everynow and then but I guess I gotta learn to break some habits eh? Any tips of the trade from any of you guys?
