Default Met side effects but not met ?

Hi guys,

Im wondering if you lovely ladies can help,

On monday i stopped my metformin tablets as i thought they were giving me awful side effects ie the runs and stomach cramps, now almost a week later it has started off again and i ve not started back on the met either, does anyone have any ideas as to what may cause this ???
