Thumbs down Met stopped working?

I'm currently on CD 39 with no signs of AF or spotting. I've taken a HPT on CD 34 and CD 38, both negative.

Last month I finally jumped from 20 day cycles to 28, and now....I'm 10 days late by that standard.

I honestly thought I was pregnant this time, super moody, super sensitive/sore nips, upset stomach, etc etc

What's going on with me

The OBGYN upped my prescription to 1000mg in hopes of bringing on a period, so far nothing.

Is it likely Met just stopped working for me?

Default

About five months after I started Met, my cycles became a bit longer as well. It took a month or two, but finally they are back on time. I was very frustrated, as you are, when it appeared that the Met wasn't doing its job. I still don't know what caused it, but I'm back to being regular and seeing the other signs that Met is working.
Odd, huh?
I know I've read a few other posts with the same question...
