Is met tricking me?

Hi. I am on 1500 mg Metformin ER. I started it around 1 1/2 weeks ago. By the 4th day I was having lots of EWCM with brown blood. Sorry if TMI. Then as the days went on it would come and go. Now this morning i actually had a flow with some blood clots. But now its gone again! Im confused. Has this happened to anyone before. I haven't had a period for 5 months.

Maybe your hormone levels are just trying to adjust, sounds like if you are having activity of any kind after taking the metformin then that's a good thing to me ( especially since you haven't had a cycle in 5 months). My prayers are with you- hopefully you will have a full cycle soon.

Thanks mommydreams. That is true! I am glad that at least something is happening! I hope it will all sort itself out!
