Ok I took met a few years ago and had great results I lost 40lbs and I got pregnant.
So I took about 2 1/2 years off and I have been on it again for awhile and it just doesn't seem to work as well as the first time
Anyone expierence this?? thanks a bunch

Sorry to be dense -- but what do you mean by "work"? I think the weight loss and pg are more side effects (odd as that sounds). But I was wondering sort of the same thing.... how do you know if the Met is working? -Tia

What I mean by working is before I felt really good on it, it seemed to really "balance me out" my hormones felt normal. I felt normal, for the first time in years I felt like the old me. I have been on it awhile now and I am not getting those same good feelings.
I feel worn out and tired just plain yucky.......

Aha. Good definition of "working" -- but I don't have the answer. I'm too new. But I'm replying to bump the thread up so hopefully someone else will respond.
