Metformin and...

I'm interested to know if any of you ladies are on metformin, and if so, what do you take with it in terms of vitamins and herbs that has helped with ovulation?

There is no need to bump a thread, especially after only a few hours. This board isn't as active as some of the others, and it may take a while to get a reply.

I just started Met, and I'm also taking Clomid so no herbal remedies for me right now. I have heard though of women taking Vitex with Met, and Don Quai, along with multi vitamins, B complexes, saw palmetto, etc. If Clomid doesn't work for me in a few months I'm planning on adding Vitex and DQ, and maybe inositol. By the way, I bumped my posting because it had been about a week and no response (not just a few hours) -- but point taken for next time.

Thanks for the feedback, Julie...I'm thinking of doing the same and just waiting to see if met works on its own.
