Exclamation Metformin and b12 vitamin deficiency

Hello, i havent been in hear for a long time, anyway i have been ttc for just over 10 years now and have gone through 2 laparascopics and many medications and still no pregnancy. However i have been put on Metformin 500mg x 3 a day and have been on it for just over a year and still nothing, but whats worrying me is it says on the paper info leaflet that i get with my perscription (metformin) that it MAY DECREASE THE AMOUNT OF VITAMIN B12 YOUR BODY ABSORBS FROM FOOD. So if this is happening how would we know?? Im thinking that b12 must be an important vitamin for them to mention it on the leaflet. Is there a test to check ??
I have noticed when i go out walking my dogs for an hour when i get back my hands and feet are puffy and tinglin like pins and needles, but also im xtremely tired all the time and im unsure why??
Please help .....
Im currently takin stuff from www.lamuscle.com
Im taking the Multi-protector( which is a vitamin and minerals) and the IP4( which is for muscles and joint maintenance) Im hoping to get the Speedstar in a few months.
Anyway check out the website and tell me wot you think Kell2831@aol.com

My physician told me to just take a sublingual B12 if I was concerned about that.

I personally take B-12 supplements (500mcg) from the grocery store (1 a day). You can get your b-12 levels tested for pretty cheap and most doctors will check that if you are on Met. My levels were a little on the low side and as soon as I started supplementing I felt much better-- my tierdness and fog lifted.

Default I had low B12

Hi. I had low B12. My doctor checks my B12 levels on a regular basis because it tends to run low. I get one B12 shot a month from my PCp...do sublingual B12 each day and also take a B12 supplement each day. My B12 was very low though.
