I'm by no means an authority on this, but I thought I remembered reading at some point about women who ovulate late in their cycles. As I recall, the part after ovulation is called the "luteal phase" and if its too short, the egg doesn't have time to implant before menstruation begins. Soooo... Maybe met helps regulate hormones so that you might get that surge earlier? Just a starting point for research I guess. That's great you're having cycles though, you must be almost there! |
