I'm on Metformin & sometimes I still miss my periods & I told my doctor this & she said this will still happen. Why is this? Does anyone else still miss their periods sometimes being on Metformin? What ALL should I do?
I still do and I have been on Metformin for the last 3+ years my Dr. said it's because of my PCOS and my hormone levels. But for some just metformin alone regulates them I guess it all depens on how severe your PCOS is and if you have hormonal issues also like me. Wishing you all the best hopefully you get regular :-)
I haven't missed a period while taking Met, I guess its differen for everyone. I remember for the longest I was praying that my period would come and now that it is every mth I am kinda taking it back...LoL....But I am thankful, I know now that everything is working

Girl I been on it 2 months still hadn't got my period so just hang in there and everything will start balancing out

I've been on 1000mg met for 6 weeks now and just started af for the first time in a few months..I'm excited, but I guess the real test will be to see if it's here next month too. Good luck!

My doctor wants to put me on metformin. I've been taking clomid the past 3 cycles.
