Question Metformin and Prenatal Vitamans

I heard that it is not good to take your Prenatal Vitamins and Metformin together at breakfast. Is this true? Do the two need to be taken at different times?
TIA!

I take my met at breakfast and at dinner, and my vitamins all at lunch.

Of course, that means I am taking pills all day long. But that way, I can't forget. If I sit down to eat, it must be accompanied by pill popping.

LOL

I haven't heard anything about not taking the vitamins at the same time as the met.

I have to take two met in the morning during breakfast and one in the afternoon/night during lunch/dinner, and I'm taking a lot of vitamins so I have to mix and match. My Doctor is aware of the vitamins I take and never mentioned this to me. Hmm...

My doctor told me to take a prenatal with my Met. She didnt say that they had to be taken at different times. I havent had any bad reaction or anything.

I have always wondered the same. I try to take them at a separate time but with food (during a snack).
