I've had a total of 5 pregnancies, 3 chemical, 1 m/c at 10 weeks, 1 m/c 6 weeks. These are all pre-diagnosis, so would metformin reduce the miscarriage rate? If so, by how much? Thanks!

Abbie, You will probably want to do your own research by googling metformin and miscarriage, but in one article, met reduced miscarriage risks in PCOS women down to what women without PCOS have. It's located here: http://findarticles.com/p/articles/m...31/ai_76758560

Although other web articles seem to think met can cause miscarriages, so you might just want to read up about it, and decide for yourself. HTH
