Sometimes I take 3, sometimes 4 (depending of when I get up each day! lol).
If I'm up early I take one with breaky (between 6-8am), one with lunch (1pm), one with dinner (5-6pm), and one either with snack (9pm) or before I shut-eye.
If I'm up late I take one with breaky (between 9-11am), one with lunch (between 3-5pm), and one with late dinner/snack (9pm).
But like Chula says, just play with it and do what suits you
