The skin on my hands was stronger, more elastic and seemed tougher--not that it wasn't soft and feminine- just that it seemed more resistant to damage.
My hands also became bonier looking--I lost a lot of the baby fat around the bones in my hands and I got new folds in my skin.
I first noticed this driving, it felt like there was a hair on my hand, it was just that so much baby fat had left may hand that a new fold was developing.
I also have a lot more energy and I feel healthier as a whole--and of course-as some of you know-I concieved without a large weight loss.
Has anyone else noticed changes in the strength of their skin? I've been reading some of the articles on this site and I never read where skin is mentioned.

My dh is so happy, becasue I am happy to wear polish everyday now!!!

For me, my fingers always looked swollen...now my wedding rings are falling off! I have noticed too that my skin is different...especially my face. I always had really oily skin, and now I do not have breakouts, and for the first time in my life, I can actually put moisturizer on my face. My veins are actually showing in my arms and hands now!
