 metformin sugar cravings why?
I havebeen taking metformin for 6days now and have had no side effects. I have low carbed for over a year and never really had much of a sweet tooth I have been very careful low carbing and do not even use sweetners or any products containing sweetners and to be honest I have never really been tempted.
Since I have been taking the metformin all I want is sugar- chocolate to be exact and I polished off a xmas selection box ofabout 6 chocolate bars in minutes. All I want is sweet foods and I want them now!!!!
What is happening what is the met doing to me?
And weirdly I seem to be growing my facial hair at a far slower rate- could the met have that quick a reaction? |
